The Zanno PM Guarantees
HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
If after 90 days you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund you the management fees collected.
RESIDENT PLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If we place a resident and they break their lease during the first 12 months - we will re-lease the property with no leasing fee charge.
LEASING FEE GUARANTEE
You don’t pay us a leasing fee until we have a signed lease AND money paid from the resident
MANAGEMENT FEE GUARANTEE
If you are not getting paid, we are not getting paid! We believe that if we can’t collect the rent - then we should NOT get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due.
ON-BOARDING GUARANTEE
We will completely handle the transition from another management company to Zanno PM with no stress to you!
RESIDENT PLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If Zanno PM places a resident and they leave within 6 months, we will find a replacement resident at no additional cost.
ANIMAL DAMAGE PROTECTION GUARANTEE
If you choose to allow animals in your home, Zanno PM will guarantee that any damages caused to the home, above fair wear and tear, up to $1,000 or $3,000 depending on the package!
