- WE CONTACT THE CLIENT - A member of our team will reach out to walk your client through the management options available to them.
- WE PAY YOU - We pay 10% of one month's rent or $250 (whichever is greater) for management contracts and lease-only contracts.

WE PAY YOU A REFERRAL FEE
If your client signs a property management contract, we'll pay you 10% of the first months rent, or $250 (whichever is greater) as a referral fee. We also pay 10% for resident placement only contracts.
